Synec's software development process begins when a client contacts them to discuss a new project. Together, they establish a working relationship and talk about the project's objectives, scope, and specific requirements. Synec then takes two days to review these details and returns with analysis, suggestions, and any questions to ensure they fully understand what the client needs.

The development is divided into different phases. First, after solidifying the requirements, Synec presents a detailed project proposal outlining the timeline, technologies to be used, payment terms, milestones, and other important details. Once the client agrees to the proposal, the project kicks off. In the initial phase, Synec spends 1-2 weeks creating wireframes and architecture diagrams, which are shared with the client during regular meetings held every two weeks. After the client approves the wireframes, they move to the next phase: developing a prototype in Figma over another 1-2 weeks. This prototype demonstrates how the software will look and function, and it's the final opportunity for any design changes. The client thoroughly reviews it to ensure all requirements are met.

With the prototype approved, Synec enters the implementation phase, which can take several months. They continue to hold bi-weekly meetings to keep the client updated on progress. After development and thorough testing, Synec delivers a release candidate of the app. The client reviews this version and provides any final feedback, which Synec incorporates to align the app with the agreed-upon prototype. Once everything meets the client's satisfaction, the app is deployed. If the contract includes maintenance and support, Synec will provide these services for the specified period.
