Product Designer
We are looking for a Product Designer who can shape end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile software. You will work closely with engineering, leadership, and clients to turn business requirements into clear flows, polished interfaces, and production-ready design systems.

Responsibilities
- Lead product discovery, user flow mapping, wireframing, and high-fidelity interface design for client and internal products
- Create design systems, reusable UI patterns, and component libraries that make engineering handoff faster and cleaner
- Design responsive experiences for desktop, tablet, and mobile use cases
- Conduct design reviews with stakeholders and present rationale clearly, especially for UX tradeoffs and interaction patterns
- Work closely with developers to ensure UI details, spacing, typography, states, and responsiveness are implemented properly
- Prepare prototypes for presentations, client walkthroughs, and internal validation
- Identify UX friction in existing systems and propose improvements based on business workflow and user behavior
- Help maintain a premium visual standard across websites, dashboards, forms, and product interfaces
Requirements
- 3+ years of product, UI/UX, or digital product design experience
- Strong portfolio showing end-to-end work from problem framing to final shipped interface
- Strong proficiency in Figma for wireframes, components, auto layout, prototyping, and developer handoff
- Good understanding of visual hierarchy, spacing systems, typography, responsive design, and accessibility
- Ability to think beyond screens and understand business workflows, operations, and user roles
- Strong communication skills in English and ability to explain design thinking clearly
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving remote team with multiple projects running at once
Nice to have
- Experience designing B2B SaaS, internal tools, admin panels, or custom software systems
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend constraints for more realistic handoff
- Experience collaborating directly with developers in a production environment
- Branding and marketing design experience for landing pages or product websites
