Python Developer
We need a Python Developer to build backend services, APIs, automations, and data-heavy features for custom software projects. You will work on systems that support client operations, internal workflows, third-party integrations, and production deployments.

Responsibilities
- Develop RESTful APIs, backend modules, and service integrations using Python and modern frameworks
- Design clean data models and implement business logic for real-world operational workflows
- Integrate databases, background jobs, caching layers, email services, and third-party APIs
- Write maintainable, testable code and participate in peer reviews and debugging sessions
- Support cloud deployment, containerization, logging, and basic monitoring of services
- Collaborate with frontend and mobile developers to make sure APIs are clear, documented, and stable
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve performance, reliability, and security over time
- Contribute to architecture discussions, technical scoping, and implementation planning
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional Python development experience
- Experience with at least one production-ready Python framework such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask
- Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and backend data modeling
- Familiarity with REST APIs, authentication, validation, and error handling
- Comfort with Git-based workflows, debugging, and writing clean maintainable code
- Basic understanding of deployment, Docker, environment configuration, and cloud services
- Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working across different client requirements
Nice to have
- Experience with Celery, background workers, or queue-based processing
- Experience with AI integrations, data pipelines, or document processing workflows
- Knowledge of async Python, caching strategies, or event-based systems
- Exposure to JavaScript or TypeScript in full-stack environments
